Cold shrink terminal

The cold shrink cable terminal head set is the core insulation protection hardware for power cable lines, mainly used for insulation treatment and sealing protection of medium and high voltage cables. It relies on the elastic shrinkage of silicone rubber material to achieve heating free installation, and has insulation, waterproofing (based on actual reports) and aging performance. Using elastic silicone rubber prefabricated parts, they are fixed by plastic spiral supports at the factory. During installation, the supports can be automatically retracted and attached to the cable surface without the need for open flame heating, greatly reducing construction time and adapting to high-altitude, tunnel and other non open flame work scenarios.

Fully insulated and sealed protection

The silicone rubber body has excellent insulation performance and sealing effect, with a protection level of up to IP67. It can effectively isolate rainwater, moisture, and dust, while resisting UV, salt spray, and ozone erosion, protecting cable terminals from long-term stable operation in harsh outdoor environments.

Optimization design of stress cone

Built in integrated stress cone structure can evenly distribute the electric field strength of cable terminals, avoid the risk of insulation breakdown caused by local electric field concentration, and improve the performance of cable lines.
